Puddle Pumps

A puddle pump is a special type of submersible water pump which is automatic or manually operated for low level water that does not need to be fully submersed in water. They can pump down to 1mm of water without the pump overheating or becoming damaged. Puddle suckers with their auto sensor starts up at a water level of 5mm. All our 110v and 240v electric puddle pumps can be used for internal or external water pumping.

Puddle pumps are perfect for use in emergency response to flooding and surface water problems.

They can be used on most surfaces to pump away nuisance and residue water, which may occur because of rainfall or flood water. Puddle Pumps are perfect for emergency response situations because you can position them straight onto a surface and pump as low as 1mm shallow water. This feature means that puddle pumps can hugely improve flood response.

Submersible Design:

The pump sits directly in the puddle of water. It draws water in through an inlet at the base or very bottom edge, allowing it to function in extremely shallow depths, often as little as 1–2 mm.
