Centrifugal Pumps

Centrifugal pumps are the most common and least expensive type of pump and are suitable for pumping liquids which are not susceptible to alteration when put under stress, including water, petroleum and sewage. These pumps work by transfering energy to the liquid with an impeller. Centrifugal pumps can therefore pump against a closed valve without becoming damaged. They are reliable and easy to maintain and service.
