Dutypoint Pressurisation Units

Pressurisation units are an essential component for commercial heating systems. They constantly monitor the pressure in the sealed system, add additional water when required and can provide alerts and alarms in case of leakage or other issues with the system. Dutypoint Quantum feature the latest innovations in sealed heating system maintenance. With intelligent microprocessor control, full BMS integration capabilities and a choice of units to suit the installation, the Quantum range provides for the needs of any installation.

Standard Technical Features on All Models
  • Floor mounted steel enclosure allows simple installation of a durable unit
  • Pump inlet strainer to protect the heating system from floating debris in the water supply
  • Non return valve to ensure no water flows back through the unit when the pump deactivates
  • WRAS approved float valve ensures the quality of the mains water supply is protected
  • 18 litre polyethylene break tank with AB air gap prevents any backflow into the mains water supply, ensuring the unit is fully compliance with water company regulations
  • Pressure transducer accurately monitors the pressure in the heating system
  • Volt free contacts allow the system to be easily connected to a control panel of building management system (BMS) - not available on Quantum Contract model
  • Adjustable differential allows the unit to be set up to the precise requirements of the installation
  • System leak detection activates an alarm in case of frequent pressure drops, which are usually a sign of leakage in the system
Optional Features
  • Twin pump duty/standby system (Quantum Plus units)
  • Intelligent system control with LCD display (all units except Quantum Contract)
  • Wall mounting kit (available for all models at an additional charge)
